OUR POLICY:
Our Policy is simple. We will accept return of any product you are not satisfied with, within 10 days of receipt. For handmade tanks we produce on demand only we take a non refundable 50% down payment.

1. You must request and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is to be attached to the shipping label.
2. All returned items must be returned in saleable condition, preferably with the plastic shrink-wrapping in place.
3. Returns will be credited to your customer account; we will not refund to your credit card or issue a check.
4. We do accept returns only for goods bought from us, therefor safe your correspondence to proof.

DEFECTIVE PARTS:
When a part is missing or damaged notify us and identify (by part number and description) and we will check with the manufacturer for replacement.
Please include the order number of the purchase.

CREDIT CARDS:
Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped.Down payments are charge when the order is placed.

For all our BIG-TANKS-Plant vehicles: 2 years of guaranty for the motors 10 years guaranty for the vehicle
Designed with the high end collector or museum in mind these are hand made.
Custom made per order with attention to detail applied through the whole process.
Since they are hand made per order there are no two exactly alike. This is a one of a kind item.
Since this item is custom made per order please allow up to 6 months for delivery. A 50% down payment and 25% after 3 months and 25% .Shipping terms are available if you call in your order.
Due to the size and weight of this item an additional shipping charge will be billed once it is determined.
