We will accept return of products you are not satisfied with within 10 days of receipt.

1. You must request and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is to be attached to the shipping label.
2. All returned items must be returned in its original condition.
3. Returns will be credited to your customer account; we will not refund to your credit card or issue a check.
4. We do accept returns only for goods bought from us, therefor safe your correspondence to proof.
5. We do not refund shipping cost !

DEFECTIVE PARTS:
When a part is missing or damaged notify us and identify (by part number and description) and we will check with the manufacturer for replacement.
Please include the order number of the purchase.

CREDIT CARDS:
Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped.Down payments are charged when the order is placed.

For all our BIG TANKS of AMERICA vehicles:

2 years of guaranty for the motors

10 years guaranty for the vehicle

Please allow up to 6-12 months for delivery.
A 50% down payment when ordering, 25% due after 3 months and the open balance + shipping at cost due right before delivery.
All tanks will be Made in Germany and shipped right from the factory to you.
Additional shipping charges apply, customs fees or freight forwarders fees, if any, are to be covered by the customer.

Due to the nature of custom made items we will not refund payments made. All payments are final and invested in the production of your vehicle.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Once you placed your order we will determine shipping at cost to your location and let you know the cost by email. We will NOT charge your card unless you confirm

the shipping cost in an email to us.
